How about some live music at The MaDee Project’s Debut MaDeeFest featuring Old Crow Medicine Show on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Augusta Expo in Fishersville, Virginia. Enjoy music from Old Crow Medicine Show, fantastic food from some of The MaDee Project’s Virginia Food Truck Battle winners and participants, as well as other local food trucks, and alcohol will be served onsite. Gates open at 5:00 PM. Come dance the night away! Proceeds support The MaDee Project – helping support local families whose kids are battling cancer.

All box office transactions will occur while guests are in their vehicles. There will be separate car lines for scanning and purchasing tickets. Please have tickets ready for scanning upon arrival.

Food trucks will be available to purchase from a la carte. Food trucks include Gonzo’s Pollo, 106 Street Food, Hops Kitchen, Raclette Man USA, Chaddie’s, Salty Bottom Blue, and New Orleans Style Snowballs.
Alcohol sponsored by Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc. in partnership with Molson Coors, and White Claw Hard Seltzer. Coors Light, Miller Lite, Blue Moon, Hop Valley Bubble Stash IPA, White Claw Mango, White Claw Black Cherry, and White Claw Watermelon will be served in 12-ounce cans and available with the purchase of beer/beverage tickets. $5/beverage ticket.
Be sure to stop at the ID station for your wristband and the beer/beverage ticket table to purchase tickets. Must be at least 21 years old with proof of ID to purchase.
No outside food or beverages. No coolers.
We are following CDC and local guidelines state for outdoor events. We are not requiring health checks (negative test within 48 hours and/or vaccination card at admission). Our event is entirely outdoors and in a space with ample room to spread out. We will have signage encouraging people to socially distance and wear masks if unvaccinated when unable to distance six feet apart. All box office transactions will occur while guests are in their cars in order to avoid gathering and lines. Beverages will be in 12 oz. cans vs. pours to prevent unnecessary contact with food/drink and cut down on line time. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the event.

· Tickets are required to enter and are sold online in advance and at the gate.
· Bring your blankets and chairs. Seating is not provided.
· ID required to purchase alcohol.
· Leashed service dogs are permitted; all others are not.
· The event is outside unless there are heavy storms.
· Parking is free, and VIP parking is $15 – must purchase online in advance.
· Port-a-johns are available.
· ATM on site.
· No outside food and beverages. No coolers.
· Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
· Tailgating is not permitted.
· Social distancing is encouraged. There’s plenty of space in the field, and be mindful of those around you.
