Ladies competing in MERC do more than lift weights, they uplift an entire community! Every pound lifted means more funds donated to five deserving local charities: Waynesboro/Staunton/Augusta Co. Boys & Girls Club, Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry, the MaDee Project, Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, and Cornerstone Youth Empowerment.
